Learn how to successfully solve problems that you may encounter in the workplace by mastering the 5-step approach to problem solving. In this course, you will learn how to define the problem to be able to explain it to others and start researching solutions. Then, you will learn how to objectively evaluate the fix options available and assess the effectiveness of the chosen resolution. We review the characteristics needed when assembling a team to tackle the problem as well as what you can do to eliminate non-conformance in the future. This includes audio narration, links to additional reading and quizzes to test your understanding of the material. Take the final exam at the end to receive a Certificate of Completion.
